WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY

# 1 IN-HOME PERSONAL TRAINING?

We bring the gym to you! We will train

you in the setting of your choice.

It may be your home, backyard,

garage, office, or maybe a local park.

Whatever is convenient for you works for us.

 

 

 

DO I NEED MY OWN EQUIPMENT?

No. Our vans are fully equipped

with all the tools that will provide

you with the most amazing workouts.

We have mats, dumbbells,

stability balls, resistance bands, boxing gear,

body bars, and kettle bells bells–to name a few

pieces of equipment.

Remember, we bring the gym to you!

 

 

 

 

WHAT AREAS DO YOU TRAVEL TO?

All of Massachusetts and Rhode Island–

coming soon to 

Connecticut, New Hampshire, and New York.

 

 

 

 

HOW FAST WILL I SEE RESULTS

That’s not a problem at all.

BEFORE I START A FITNESS PROGRAM?

Yes, this is extremely important. We encourage all

of our clients to

consult with a physician to ensure

that you’re capable

of beginning your journey with us.
