5 Snacks You Won’t Feel Guilty About

If you’re trying to watch what you eat, then naturally you’ll notice you’re hungrier and have cravings more than usual. These cravings are the one of the most difficult parts of maintaining any diet, but here's a secret: If you’re not hungry, you won’t cheat. Pretty simple right? The trick is finding snacks that not only stifle your hunger, but are easy and healthy to make.

Hard Boiled Eggs

Simple and easy, one or two hard boiled eggs are an excellent snack that provides a good source of cholesterol, protein, Vitamin D, and Potassium. Cooking them is as easy as putting them in a pot or saucepan filled with water and bringing it to a boil. Turn off the heat and let the eggs sit for 10-12 minutes. Strain the water and run the eggs under cold water and now you have a healthy snack for the next few days!
