Do I really need to go to the gym to get in shape?

Whether you are working, studying or having a busy day, getting in shape always seems to be a priority in most people’s lives especially with the increase of corona virus.

So what does it mean to get in shape?

For sure, most of you directly link getting in shape with going to the gym or maybe looking physically fit. However, truly getting in shape is more than that. Getting in shape is feeling good mentally before feeling good physically. It is going for a walk or a run to have a clear body and mind. It is also eating nutritious food to build a robust health. In fact, according to the interview of the celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak with sports insider he mentions that people do not need to go to the gym to get in shape. He insists that going to the gym is for toning muscles but if you are looking to lose weight you should be aware of what you eat “if you eat poorly there is no cardio in the world that can make up for that” as he says. It is also important to be physically active throughout your day. He recommends that his clients walk between “10,000 and 40,000 steps a day”.

Overall, you should try to have balanced meals and our Elite Nutrition plan, Trifecta meal delivery, is here to be tailored to your body and needs and help you save time, eat well and healthy. Most importantly do not forget to stay fit by working your body in any way that keeps you active and energized.
